$500 — for high-efficiency furnaces
$300 — for high-efficiency hot water heaters
$200 — for instantaneous hot water heaters
$500 — for solar-powered hot water systems
$300 — for heat recovery ventilators or HRV
$400 — for air-source heat pumps, which double as air conditioners
$3,500 — for geothermal heat pumps, which are energy-efficient heating and cooling systems
$30 — for each replacement window and door
Up to $600 — for insulating your roof or attic to keep the heat in
Up to $1,500 — for exterior wall insulation
Up to $1,000 — for basement insulation
Up to $800 — for crawlspace insulation
Up to $300 — for air sealing your home to keep warm air in and cold air out

Conditions

You are eligible for cash grants for each energy renovation you make.

Some conditions apply. To qualify for federal ecoENERGY grants, you need to have an energy audit on your home before you start any energy renovations.
