- $20 — for each replacement window air conditioner
- $400 — for air-source heat pumps,
which double as air conditioners
- $3,500 — for geothermal heat pumps,
which are energy-efficient heating and cooling systems
- $30 — for each replacement window and door
- Up to $600 — for insulating your roof or attic to keep the heat out
- Up to $1,500 — for exterior wall insulation
- Up to $1,000 — for basement insulation
- Up to $800 — for crawlspace insulation
- Up to $300 — for air sealing your home to keep cool air in and warm air out
Better yet, many of these renovations help keep you warm in the winter, too.

Conditions
You are eligible for cash grants for each energy renovation
you make.
Some conditions apply. To qualify for federal ecoENERGY grants,
you need to have an energy audit
on your home before you start any energy renovations.
